Welcome to our NIK Shop Instructions page! Here, you'll find everything you need to know about placing an order, tracking its progress, and managing your purchases!



How to Place an Order

 

  1. Browse Our Products

Navigate through our product categories or use the search bar to find the items you're looking for.

 

  1. Select Your Product

 Click on the product to view its details. Choose the desired quantity, size, color, or any other options available, and then click "Add to Cart".

 

  1. Review Your Cart

Once you've added all desired items to your cart, click on the cart icon at the top right corner of the page to review your selections. Here, you can update quantities or remove items if needed.

 

  1. Proceed to Checkout

Click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You’ll be prompted to log in to your account, create a new account, or continue as a guest.

 

  1. Enter Shipping Information

Fill in your shipping address details accurately. If you're logged in, you can select from saved addresses or enter a new one.

 

  1. Choose Shipping Method

 Select your preferred shipping method from the available options. Estimated delivery times and costs will be displayed.

 

  1. Enter Payment Information

Choose your payment method from the options provided:

 

     Card Payments via Paysera:

    We accept card payments through the Paysera platform. You can choose to pay with a card or via bank transfer. For card payments, your order will be confirmed immediately upon successful transaction.For bank payments, your order will be confirmed when we receive the money in our bank account.

 

     Bank Payment:

    If you select the bank payment option, you will receive a proforma invoice via email. Your order will be shipped once we receive the payment in our bank account. Upon verification, we will ship your order, and you will receive an email notification with the invoice, packing list, and tracking number for the shipment.

 

  1. Review and Place Order

 Review your order details, including the items, shipping address, shipping method, and payment information. If everything is correct, click on the "Place Order" button to complete your purchase.

 

  1. Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details. You can also view your order history and status in your account dashboard in the left menu.

 

Tracking Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive an email with a tracking code and courier name once your order has been verified and shipped. Since we use various shipping methods, you can use the tracking number and track the real time movement of the goods on the official website logistics company we have used, for example if it is DHL, you should use the tracking code on the DHL tracking number page.

 

  1. Track via Your Account

Log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" section. Click on the order number to view the tracking information and order status.   1. Shipping Carrier Website

   - Use the tracking number provided in the email to track your shipment directly on the shipping carrier’s website.

 

Managing Your Orders

 

  1. Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Cancellation is only possible before the order is shipped.

 

  1. Making Changes to an Order

Currently there is no option to make changes after the order has been placed, but if you haven’t paid for it yet, we suggest you cancel it and create a new one with the right configuration of products. If it is already paid, for any changes to your order, such as updating or modifying items, contact our customer support team promptly. 

If you want to change your shipping address, you can make it by contacting our customer support only before order has been dispatched. After that, you must connect the carrier directly to make any changes on the address.

 

  1. Returns and Exchanges

Visit our Returns and Exchanges page for detailed information on how to return or exchange an item. Follow the instructions provided to initiate a return or exchange.

 Log in to your account to view your order history, track orders, and manage your account details.
