All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to the following list of countries:

4. Hungary
5. Italy
6. Poland
7. Republic of South Africa
8. Romania
9. Spain
10. Ukraine
11. United Kingdom

Any shipments outside of the counties in the list above are not available at this time.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

When selecting our delivery methods, the cut-off point for same day dispatch is 12:00 EET. Orders placed after this period will be despatched the following working day.

Free delivery are not applicable.

Your order will be despatched with our Standard Delivery service. 

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to dispatch your order within 36 hours. Delivery times are estimated at 5-7 business days.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. 

NIKTech Bulgaria Ltd. cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the following: Customs, service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. 

Our carriers do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Our standing shipping cost is 18 Euro or the converted value depend on local currency exchange rate.
